What an amazing day we had at Playa Flamenca Citrus Centre on Saturday 8 October - all in support of raising awareness of the service we offer alongside Internationa Mental Heatlh Awareness Day. Thanks to the culinary skills of the six bars that participated, visitors were able to enjoy a wide variety of delicious tapas whilst showing their support for Samaritans in Spain.
And did they support us....
Our tombola was cleared out of prizes by 4pm - something that has never happened before! We filled sheet after sheet with names for our teddy and completed five football cards. All in all, thanks to the generosity for those who came along, we managed to raise a grand total of €532.88.
Not bad for four hours of fundraising!
We would like to offer our gratitude to each and every one who came along on the day and to all the bars that participated.
